Wolf Benchmarks

A benchmark is useful only when the comparison is honest.

01

Method

No number without its denominator.

Every benchmark states the population, date range, metric definition, exclusions and minimum sample required before an aggregate is shown.

02

Segmentation

Ecommerce and lead generation do not share a scoreboard.

Retail benchmarks are read through product economics, new-customer mix and contribution. Lead-generation benchmarks include qualification, opportunity value and sales-cycle context.

03

Use

A benchmark starts the diagnosis. It does not finish it.

Wolf uses the range to identify an unusual pattern, then investigates account structure, demand, measurement and commercial quality before recommending action.

PLAIN ANSWERS

Useful details.

Will Wolf publish client data?+

Only aggregated or approved data, with privacy safeguards, a stated methodology and enough observations to avoid exposing an individual advertiser.

What benchmarks will be included?+

The programme can cover CPC, conversion rate, acquisition cost, search-term quality, new-customer mix, qualified-lead rate and other measures where the definition and sample are defensible.

Can a benchmark tell me whether my account is good?+

Not by itself. It can reveal where the account differs from a relevant cohort; the commercial diagnosis still depends on your economics and goals.
